We have recently installed a new automatic control arm assembly line in our factory to upgrade production efficiency and product quality.
What is a control arm assembly line?
It is a dedicated, streamlined production station designed only for assembling control arms.
It automatically or semi-automatically completes the whole mounting process, including:
Pressing in rubber bushings
Installing ball joints
Fastening bolts and brackets
Torque testing & dimension inspection
Final quality checking and packaging
